Registration for the MPS 2021 16th International Symposium on MPS and Related Diseases can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps.
Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process. Please note that system will remain active for 30 minutes, after that time your session will expire, and you will be requested to re-enter your name and password to continue with the registration process.
After having confirmed your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes. Please check your inbox and junk mail "Spam".

New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for MPS 2021 for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process.

Registered attendee: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you started a registration, but did not finalize it, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account.



Please be informed that access to the event platform is NOT automatic after registration.

Depending on the time of day, some hours may pass before you receive an email with your access codes.

If you don't want to miss any sessions, don't leave registration for the last minute!

If you would like to register more then 10 participants please contact for group registration.

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, please complete your registration and send an email to the Congress Secretariat ( stating that you would like to request an invitation letter. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed registration.

We accept payments by credit card (5% credit card charges apply) and bank transfer
Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation. Otherwise your registration will be automatically cancelled. 

If your name contains special characters this may cause errors during the payment procedure. In that case, please change your name in your contact details removing any special characters, so that you will be able to arrange the payment. If you send an email with your correct spelling to the MPS2021 meeting secretariat (, we will change your name back in our system, so that your name will be presented correctly on your name badge.
Special characters include: á, ä, â, ç ,ê, é, ë, î, ï, ñ, ö, õ, ô, ü.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the e-mail address of the Technical Secretariat of the Congress (
Before June 30, 50% refund of the Registration Fee.
After July 1, cancellation without refund.
